Company was first incorporated as “Energo Engineering Projects Private Limited” on June 08, 1989 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently on August 22, 2005 the company was converted in to public limited entity and the name of the Company was changed to “Energo Engineering Projects Limited.”
" The Company is engaged in providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Services which includes customized turnkey solutions for Material Handling/Bulk Material Conveying, Ash Handling solutions from concept to commissioning such as designing, engineering, manufacturing supplying, erecting and commissioning to various public and private sector clients namely MPPGCL, NLC, Adani Power etc. The company services also include major turnkey projects related to transmission and distribution of electricity pertaining to. NBPDCL, SBPDCL, MPMKVVNL etc. Recently the Company has forayed into manufacturing and supplying of various types of cables used in automobiles, construction, housing, electronics etc. "
